Having given up journalism to forge a musical career in the mid 1990s, Ellie began designing websites for fun in 1999 and has since trained to do it better, most recently as a postgraduate student at Napier University's School of Computing. Her computer skills now run as a parallel activity alongside the music.
In addition, Ellie is an experienced voice coach, working not only with singers but also actors, broadcasters and public speakers on building confidence, enjoyment and relaxed, authentic and assured vocal delivery alongside microphone techniques and basic stagecraft to enable more effective communication.
